Yep.. I can't raid on Tuesdays or Thursdays starting on the 18th. If the schedule changes I have two options: the guild is cool with me only raiding 2 days a week, and I fall massively behind everyone (which I do not want to do, I enjoy raiding), or I have to go somewhere else that fits my schedule.

I have to say, I'd be mighty disappointed if I have to go elsewhere. had I known this change was in the works, I wouldn't have transfered here. Waste of money, big time.

I wouldn't be able to raid Tuesdays come the 24th on until the end of the semester in December.

Like I understand the recruiting stand point but most people in the guild set their schedule already and/or joined the guild understanding that we don't raid on Tuesdays. Pretty much, we would be recruiting people to replace maybe half the guild that's been around and help progress through Ulduar.

I doubt it's half the guild, who else can't make tuesday?

we are recruiting more anyway, we'll have enough ppl to raid tuesdays i think as long as we scoop a couple more between now and then

well i dont think that is fair to some of our raider those. i am sure we can figure out something.

In general I can attend Tuesdays, but lots of things are changing in life and I may have to cut down playing time by a lot. I will chat with you guys about that when I come back.
Maybe I can raid on Tue/Thu when Tsavo can't, that way you can always have a tree in raid

Don't want to disappoint you, but I have been way closer to be eaten by bear in USA rather than in Russia.

Russian bears are much nicer, this is a known fact.
