I have heard lots of good things about the new Logitech G15. I personally use the G11 but I am also looking to upgrade. Also the Razer Lycosa. It doesn't have the extra macro buttons but it is supposed to be one of the most comfortable keyboards on the market.
I have a g15 and I love it. The 8 macro buttons on the left hand side are really nice. I have them bound to alot of my consumables and crap. Not to mention its great for vent with pugs and crap.
I don't think I'm looking for a new keyboard. I currently have a G15 (the old one with 18 buttons on the left) and it still works great after almost 3 years. Those buttons are nifty but I can only reach 2 of them with my pinky.
I'm wondering if I could reach more with a gamepad - maybe I'm using the wrong term, it's whatever you call the thing in my first post.

Yeah, I really wish they put them on the right side so I could hit them with my Mouse Thumb. That gamepad thing looks wierd. It'd probably drive me insane. The 12 button mouse looks like the way to go really.
The wow mouse I tried it out the macros barely worked and you have to set them up with the software you get instead of just going in to wow Keybindings and setting it up from there...
